The Cultural Arts Commission invites artists and creative community members to create stunning South City streetscapes by transforming drab utility boxes into splendid works of art! Distinctive images that celebrate beauty, offer a positive outlook and create a sense of place are welcome. Designs that reflect the history, diversity, character or culture of South San Francisco are encouraged.
Complete project guidelines are available at www.ssf.net/culturalarts. Select the “Current Opportunities for Artists” link. Guidelines may also be obtained at the SSF Parks and Recreation Department office, 33 Arroyo Drive, during business hours. For more information, phone (650) 829-3800.

CALL TO ARTISTS
Hang yourwork in the La Tartine Cafe for one month during the 2019 year. The cafe is on Middlefield Rd. just across the street from the Century 20 Theater. The cost is $40 for the month. The artist installs and takes down the art, supplies sales labels, bios, and any other contact info. The artist keeps 100% of any sales.
